Patient P.I.V., male, 45 years old, from urban area, retired, with chronic venous insufficiency, was admitted for old leg ulceration (7 years) on his left leg. Following the onset of treatment with GANIKDERMA® product it is evident the autolytic debridement and the formation of granulation tissue.
The initial surface was 8.00 cm2, after 35 days of treatment it was reduced by 22 %.
