Patient R.S., female, 32 years old, from urban area, retired, with inferior vena cava agenesis and cirrhosis , was admitted for an old leg ulceration (5 years) on her left calf. Following the onset of treatment with GANIKDERMA® product it is evident the autolytic debridement and the formation of granulation tissue.
The initial surface was 170.00 cm2, after 21 days of treatment it was reduced by 12 %.
